Our new North County Hike will raise funds for the Santa Maria Daniel Bryant Youth and Family Center, which opened in 2017.
Every year hundreds of hikers unite to raise scholarship funds for substance abuse treatment for teens at the Daniel Bryant Youth and Family Centers. Operated by the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA) and founded in 2001, the Centers provides safe, effective outpatient treatment for young people ages 12-18 who are struggling with drugs addiction and mental health issues.
Families and friends enjoy great company and the choice of two different hiking trails — easy (2-3 miles) and intermediate (4-5 miles). A BBQ will follow the hikes. This is your opportunity to support our area youth to rise above drug abuse!
